Product Description
SYF-P22 PCD grinding discs were designed to be used on HTC floor grinders and other grinders(with adapters), to remove epoxy coating, paint, glue and other floor cotating, at a high performance. We welded a proper thick steel as a substrate on HTC plate and brazed the working parts (1 quarter round PCD, 1 round PCD and 1 segment bar) on the steel. The 2 different materials(PCD+segment) work together and can remove floor coatings very fast. The PCD removes the coating at first, and then, the segments can do the coarse grinding for concrete floors. Sunny has constantly developed a series of PCD grinding disc to meet our customers' requirements for efficient removal of epoxy, glue, paint and other coatings.
